A Swiss company that manufactures the world's largest chocolate succeeded in making new discoveries. These findings aim to prove to the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). Proved if it takes as much as 10 grams of dark chocolate, flavanol content therein can be blood flow.
"As the first company to receive health claims, we see the market potential is very good also for its customers, said Chief Executive Juergen Steinemann.
