Lazy Exercise Can Cause Death

Nearly a third of adults in the world lazy to move. Passive lifestyle and habits that contribute to sat too long mortality to five million people each year.

The warning was delivered to the researchers in the medical journal The Lancet on Wednesday (07.16.12). "In general, three out of 10 people aged 15 and over, or around 1.5 million people, do not do physical activity recommended," wrote the researchers.

The experts call sedentary lifestyle as an alias pandemic disease is widespread.

Passive lifestyle as described in the study do not exercise 30 minutes a day, five times a week, or never do high intensity exercise for 20 minutes three times a week.

A second study comparing the level of physical activity with disease statistics of a population, says that lack of exercise causes 5.3 percent of the deaths of 57 million deaths worldwide in 2008.

The human body needs exercise or physical activity to muscle, bone, heart and other organs to function optimally. Unfortunately, the number of people walking, running, or cycling, the more years of continuous decline.

The Lancet also mentioned the need for global action to promote community activities, among others, by creating a pedestrian path, bicycle paths, or public open space so that access to the gym more and more.
