3 Reasons Stop Strict Diet

Avoid eating altogether or eat only a few are able to lose weight quickly. But this method of dieting can actually make the body grow fatter, even more than its original weight, some time later. 

Diet should be a way of life that can survive long-term results. Here are the reasons why it is not a guarantee strict diet to slim down: 

1. Is a marathon, not sprint 
Rome was not built overnight. Similarly, we can not lose weight and keep it not back up instantly. The good news is with a healthy eating plan and exercise is not too heavy, we can get the body fit and trim in the long run. 

2. The body needs to balance 
A diet high in protein, low carbohydrate diet, or just eat vegetables, claimed to lose weight. To function optimally, the body needs the nutrients that must be completed from a variety of foods. Basic knowledge of nutrition will help us determine what should be eaten, what type should be reduced, and which ones should be avoided to maintain weight. 

3. Not a target 
Torture yourself with a strict diet is usually short-lived. All the pressure and stress are just going to make life uncomfortable. Set a target may be a motivation, but you should do it gradually and with the ability to adjust.
