To be Fit, Plenty of Walking

Do not let laziness stop you for a workout. When the time narrow the reason, just do walking. Cheap, easy, and can be done anytime.

Health experts said, if you want your body always fit and healthy we are encouraged to exercise 30 minutes a day, five times a week. But those who live in urban areas are generally less exercise because of no time.

"Physical activity is a panacea that will make you healthy and happy. Even if it did not make weight loss, physical activity will reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, and other chronic diseases," said Thomas R.Frieden, director United States centers for disease control (CDC) as quoted by WebMD.

According to the 2010 study by the CDC, approximately 62 percent of U.S. adults now choose to walk 10 minutes every day as part of their sport. That number jumped from 2005 to just 6 percent.

Walking is the exercise of all ages, does not require any equipment other than comfortable footwear, as well as can be done anywhere. The farther we go, the more calories you burn. When you want to burn even more, increase the speed of footsteps.

You can start by walking around the neighborhood every morning or from the parking lot to your office. The more familiar, the distance is increased further so that the longer the duration of your walk.

Although relatively safe, but you should listen to the cues your body to rest. Stop the activity if you feel the complaints of shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea, or pain in the limbs.
