Plastic surgery procedures to improve the appearance of the vagina become increasingly attractive women. But the obstetrician now gives a warning alarm for this procedure.

This procedure has increased in several countries as well as in the United States. But the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) commemorates this procedure because it is still questioning the validity and medical safety.
"None of this procedure with proven effectiveness, but there is a potential danger there," said Dr. Cheryl Iglesia, a gynecologist from Washington DC and former member of the ACOG committee, as quoted by Reuters on Monday (27/08/2012).
Dr. Iglesia said that women are confused about what is normal and which ones can really help. Sometimes doctors who perform this procedure does not explain all the risks such as infection, scarring and loss of sensation during sex.
ACOG does not only refer to the risk of genital surgery, but also stressed that women's sexual response is driven by psychological factors for genital appearance. Though this was not an act proseur cheap and usually not covered by insurance.
A variety of procedures that can be done is to improve the shape of labia labiaplasty ie, making or creating new or virgin selpaut 'revirbination' and inject the front wall of the vagina area with collagen to enhance sexual gratification.
Surgeons says many patients undergoing various procedures is due to be affected by the appearance of a porn star. And have some extra skin or certain changes in the vagina is normal.
"Women are the more deceived to think that there is a default view for the vulva, in the vagina, although no data demonstrating the benefits of changing a person's genitals," Dr. Iglesia.
