You are what you eat. You are what you eat. A recent study showed that the condition of a person's genetic ancestry influenced diet 'predecessors'.
Diet can lead to an adult human epigenetics, the environment changes deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA). Their study could also explain why there is risk of a number of hereditary diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
Epigenetic changes that occur in the form of DNA or changes in the environment, rather than a change of the DNA as the mutation. In these conditions, enzymes and various other chemicals encourage the release of portions of the DNA molecule, to form new proteins or cells.
Torsten Plösch from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, one of the scientists who worked on the study say, eating into the factors that cause changes in all cells, including sperm and egg cells. "And this is genetic in nature, changes can be passed on to offspring," said Plösch.
Another study conducted Ram B Singh of the Institute TsimTsoum Krakow Poland, which was published in the Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology, showing, nutrition we will have an impact on chromatin, which is a liquid chemical that affects the DNA work.
In addition to demonstrating the epigenetic changes, lack of nutrition also trigger gene mutations, either good or bad direction. However, evidence from this study are less convincing.
